Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team. In this role, you will provide customers service and support on Commercial Insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide support to existing customers with policy and coverage changes. Process Certificates of Insurance. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management. Support the sales staff with quoting new business and onboarding new customers. No sales responsibilities are required. Assist with quoting Commercial Insurance policies. Requirements Property & Casualty Insurance license. Proven experience in customer service. Previous experience in insurance industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Experience with Agency Management Systems a plus (currently using Applied EPIC).
