In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, visiting clients to complete intakes, field work, recruiting new clients and supporting various projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in account management. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance customer satisfaction. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records in HHA and all inner office systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible. Analyze client needs and market trends to develop tailored solutions that align with their goals. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. Assist in the development strategies to promote services and enhance client engagement. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Prepare reports on client interactions and project progress for management review. Recruit new clients Intakes on new clients Marketing Requirements Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the home health sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in HHA or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs. Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills to prioritize workload efficiently.
