POSITION SUMMARY

This is a 100% in-person customer service position supporting walk-in clients with vehicle title and registration needs. You'll also provide notary services, helping customers navigate important paperwork with clarity and care. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with the public—someone who brings a calm, friendly presence to every interaction. While most customers are appreciative and easygoing, some may arrive stressed or confused. Your ability to stay kind, patient, and professional in every situation is what will set you apart.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
• Review and process vehicle title documents with accuracy
• Communicate with dealerships, financial institutions, and customers to gather documentation
• Resolve discrepancies with a solutions-focused mindset
• Stay current with Pennsylvania motor vehicle policies and procedures
• Provide notary services (training provided if not yet licensed)
• Create a welcoming, respectful experience for every customer

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• A calm, friendly demeanor and a genuine love for helping people
• Experience working directly with the public in a face-to -face customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Skilled using Microsoft Office and ability to type at least 65 WPM
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Notary Public license preferred; or must obtain within 3 months of hire (self-pay).

WORK SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

This is a consistent, set schedule:

• Four weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Please apply only if you can fully commit to this schedule.

COMPENSATION DETAILS

• $18/hour for candidates with no prior notary or titling experience (raises are frequent in the first year and are based on performance during training)
• Higher rates available upon hire based on relevant experience
