As a Call Center Specialist your responsibilities will include but aren't limited too:

• Assist applicants by scheduling and coordinating appointments with accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
• Download and organize medical records as PDFs, ensuring they are renamed and stored according to contract guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe, and customer service software to perform daily tasks effectively.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team. Requirements The ideal Call Center Specialist will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to maintain organized and accurate records.
