AM EST Operating Hours:

7:00 AM - 9:00

PM EST Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8.5‑hour onsite shifts Compensation Competitive hourly pay plus incentive opportunities Additional performance‑based earning potential What You'll Do Deliver one‑call resolution for client questions and concerns Handle inbound calls related to policy questions, updates, and changes Assist with cancellation saves and autopay enrollment Accurately document calls, client interactions, and inbound leads Follow up on pending items to ensure full resolution Build strong client relationships and contribute to team success What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and email) Reliable, punctual, and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment Positive, professional, and customer‑focused mindset Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the organization Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
