In-Person Competitive Salary 0 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) Salary Plus Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Not Specified / Hours May Vary Description Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions Work closely with customers and referral sources to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction Follow and achieve store's sales goals "Go the extra mile" to drive sales Build relationships with customers and referral sources Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. - planning marketing activities, changing the store's design, etc.) Process retail sales Cross sell and upsell products Contact current customers via phone to determine if they are in need of replacement supplies Educate the patient and/or caregiver regarding the safe use and maintenance of the products Process paperwork in a timely manner Ensure all responsibilities are completed before leaving each day Other duties, as assigned or necessary Store Hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Occasional overtime but it is rare. No nights, No weekends, No holidays. Must occasionally cover in Jim Thorpe, paid mileage reimbursement. Will start as part time and as you learn the job, your hours will increase. Compensation is an hourly wage plus 1% sales commission. Hourly wage paid bi-weekly. Commission paid monthly. Helpful if you have some medical or anatomy knowledge but No experience needed, willing to train with the right attitude and work ethic. Additional Details
