Job Description
Providing friendly, responsive support to internal and external customers Managing incoming phone calls and email inquiries Accurately entering customer orders into our system Assisting customers with product or service questions and resolving issues quickly Following up to ensure customer needs are fully met Supporting special projects and administrative tasks as assigned High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear written communication Positive, customer‑focused attitude Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Odyssey software is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family Competitive salary Bonus programs 401K retirement plan Training opportunities Tuition reimbursement Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Gym reimbursements, and more!
