As a Customer Service Representative in a local Allstate agency, you will play an essential role in supporting customers, strengthening community relationships, and serving as a reliable point of contact. You'll use your insurance knowledge to help customers understand their coverage, navigate policy changes, and feel confident in the protection they have. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, responding to inquiries with care and accuracy, and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. By providing clear guidance and building trust, you'll contribute to a positive customer experience and help the agency maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships within the community.

Responsibilities Policy Servicing:

explain coverage, update policyholder information, and process policy changes

Customer Interaction:
