PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/DISPATCHER

Part-Time Pay:

$17-$17.50 per hour (based on experience) Essential functions of the position: Provide superior customer service through scheduling of residential and commercial service calls, communication and follow-up with customers Schedule/dispatch plumbing, drain cleaning jobs in an accurate, timely fashion Dispatch/communicate with technicians efficiently to maximize their productivity Coordinate and work closely with office staff

Qualifications:

Dynamic, professional, and clear phone presence, customer service skills Ability to adapt, problem solve, prioritize in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency, clerical skills, attention to detail

•Dispatch experience and knowledge of NEPA, Binghamton area a plus!

•Expected hours: Average of 24 hours per week, weekend and evening availability required. Office is open between 7am to 8pm daily and flexibility is preferred for coverage purposes.
