State College, PA (in-office position)
What You'll Be Doing Championing Operations:
Supporting daily account maintenance and operational excellence
Cultivating Relationships:
Building strong, trusted relationships with our national network of financial advisors

Serving as the expert guide for advisors through complex paperwork and custodian process Optimizing the

What You Bring Precision Focus:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Articulate Communication:
Clear, confident and professional communication—both written and verbal.
Proactive Ownership:
A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Team Spirit:
A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
Tech Fluency:
Comfortable with navigating Technology, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
Background:
Familiarity with Redtail (or other CRMs) and experience in finance, banking, or wealth management is helpful, but not required. What We Offer We believe great work comes from a great environment.
