Salary Range:

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client advisory services. Deep familiarity with State College and the surrounding local communities. Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for local client meetings. Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Responsibilities Meet with individuals and business owners throughout State College to discuss their risk management needs. Create customized coverage strategies that provide actual security rather than just a policy number. Manage policy renewals and conduct annual reviews to ensure coverage keeps pace with life changes. Cultivate relationships with local professional networks to expand our reach within the valley. Provide prompt, clear answers when clients have questions regarding their accounts or the claims process. Contribute to our office culture by sharing insights and supporting your colleagues during busy renewal periods.
