As a Customer Service Representative, your daily tasks will revolve around providing exceptional service to our passengers. You will assist customers with inquiries about routes, schedules, and fares, ensuring clarity and understanding. You'll sell tokens and bus passes, and process payments accurately while handling any customer concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism. Additionally, you'll maintain a thorough knowledge of CATA's transit services and updates to relay accurate information effectively. You will also collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Expect to use technology for tracking inquiries and responses, ensuring efficient operations.
