Job Description

About Us At Xtreme Mechanical, we pride ourselves on delivering quality service and reliable solutions to our customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who will play a key role in supporting our customers, technicians, and service managers. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to schedule service calls Route technicians and debrief them after jobs Handle appointments from start to finish in ServiceTitan Ensure data accuracy in the system Scan and attach paperwork as needed Create and maintain new customer files Schedule maintenance visits and membership services Assist with parts ordering (as needed) Complete follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction Answer incoming calls and confirm appointments Assist with additional administrative and office support tasks as required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (dispatch or office experience preferred) Strong data entry and computer skills with high accuracy Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Professional communication skills with customers, staff, and vendors Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes or unexpected challenges Must hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus Working Conditions Standard office environment with controlled conditions Physical Requirements Light physical demands (lifting standard office equipment such as files, phone, computer, copier, etc.) Occasionally lift/carry items up to 30 lbs Why Join Us?
