Role:
Join Ashi Grocery as a Customer Service Clerk in Towanda, PA, where you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers and ensures they have a delightful shopping experience. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping others.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, providing knowledgeable and friendly service. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and store environment. Restock shelves and assist in inventory management as needed. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism. Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience. Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash. Positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous.
