Job Description

Asad's Hot Chicken is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately process orders, handle cash and card transactions, and help create a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a positive attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Process cash, credit card, and digital payments Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Maintain a clean and organized front counter area Assist with packing orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy Follow company policies and food safety standards
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods Restaurant or cashier experience is preferred but not required
