Customer Service Representative

If you thrive on helping others and possess excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you! Duties Answer all customer phone calls regarding new orders, revisions and o delivery. Review and acknowledge all terms of orders to customer. Acceptance of o Purchase Order is contingent on ability to fulfill requirements. This review o does not include financial term negotiation. Acknowledge conflict in o requested delivery dates to customer. Enter and maintain all order information in the MRP and SAP systems. Track down the status of present orders and releases when requested by a o customer. Expedite and coordinate orders through scheduling and purchasing, as o necessary. Inform Quality and Scheduling of all customer issues. Communicate and verify all order revisions to scheduling and purchasing. Other projects and tasks as requested. Requirements Three to five years experience in a Customer Service/support role in a consumer services department within a consumer products goods manufacturer. Experience in a manufacturing environment Good organizational skills Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, Email, Systems (AS400, SAP, ERP's). Excellent verbal and written communication Highly organized and detail-oriented Works well with minimal supervision and is motivated to excel Detail oriented, exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to work well independently from onset to completion of a project and as an active member of a team.
