Job Description:
Intepros' global biopharmaceutical client is seeking a Customer Account Representative to support high-volume customer service and order management operations across the U.S. business. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers while managing order processing, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless order-to-cash experience.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately through SAP via phone, email, and EDI platforms with a strong focus on same-day turnaround Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely, professional manner Support order-to-cash activities including pricing validation, inventory coordination, and shipment tracking Partner with internal teams including contracts, credit, and logistics to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate order fulfillment Maintain customer account records and required compliance documentation, including licensure information Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of customer service experience, ideally within a high-volume, customer-facing environment Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, think critically, and problem-solve in evolving situations Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems Prior experience supporting order entry, order management, or order-to-cash processes Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries Background in call center, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused environments Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
