1st shift•8 am•5 pm ET Position Summary Kelly Services is Hiring A temporary Remote Client Services Representative I to support the coordination and delivery of client proposals, pricing information, and Statements of Work (SOWs). This position works closely with Sales, Operations, Project Management, Scientific staff, clients, and external partners to ensure that proposals and SOWs are accurate, complete, appropriately priced, and delivered on schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, gathering information related to proposals, pricing, project requirements, and Statements of Work. Coordinate communications among clients, Sales, Project Management, Scientific staff, Biologics Agents, and business partners. Prepare, write, review, and update client quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work. Ensure proposals and SOWs are technically accurate, complete, properly priced, and delivered within established timelines. Follow up with clients and internal Sales teams to confirm that proposals address client needs and requirements. Verify that all required legal and supporting documents are complete and properly maintained. Participate in multi-site bid processes and help ensure a consistent, seamless presentation to clients. Enter and maintain client, proposal, and project information in centralized databases and document repositories. Assist with updating databases and preparing or retrieving department reports. Create, organize, and maintain departmental files and records. Provide backup support to the Sales team as needed. Represent the site at trade shows or industry events, when required, to help develop new business and present company capabilities. Work overtime when reasonably required to support business needs and complete essential responsibilities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education An associate degree in science, business, marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience and Skills Previous experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related environment is preferred. Understanding of business development and sales processes. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and other standard office software. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Physical Requirements Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment, including calculators, copiers, and printers. Frequently provide and receive information through various technologies, media, sources, and contacts. Must be able to accurately communicate and exchange information.
