Description Jim Shorkey Wexford Kia is in search of a Service Advisor to join our growing team. Service Advisors are effectively communicating between the customers and our Service Technicians. In order to be successful, you should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Your responsibilities would include:

Greeting our customers Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business Benefits we offer
