This is a control-the-chaos, solve-the-problem, own-the-outcome role. We're a high-volume kitchen and bath remodeling company operating across the Northeast, completing thousands of installations each year. When issues arise—and they will—we don't need someone who just relays messages. We need someone who can take control of the situation, communicate clearly, and drive resolution. What You'll Do Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests Support the operations and installation teams by coordinating communication and next steps Handle scheduling updates, service calls, and installation-related communication Own customer issues from start to finish —no hand-offs without follow-through Communicate confidently with customers while maintaining professionalism and control Work cross-functionally with project managers, installers, and internal teams Track, document, and manage all customer interactions with strong attention to detail Identify patterns in issues and help drive process improvements What This Role Is (And Isn't) ✔ You will solve problems and move things forward ✔ You will have difficult conversations and set expectations ✔ You will keep teams accountable and ensure follow-through ✖ You will not just "take messages" ✖ You will not avoid conflict or pass problems along What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a strong presence and strong discipline. ✔ Assertive and confident communicator (without being combative) ✔ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail ✔ Relentless follow-through—things don't fall off your plate ✔ Ability to manage multiple conversations, issues, and timelines at once ✔ Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate while staying in control ✔ Strong problem-solving mindset—solutions over excuses ✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM / scheduling systems Bonus (Not Required): Experience in home improvement, construction, or service-based industries Experience working with subcontractors or field teams High-volume call center or service coordination experience What Success Looks Like Customers feel heard—but also clearly guided Issues get resolved quickly and don't bounce around internally Install and service teams stay aligned and informed You bring structure and clarity to messy situations Problems don't repeat because you help fix the root cause What You'll Gain ✨ High-impact role tied directly to customer experience ✨ Exposure to operations, project management, and field execution ✨ Clear path for growth within operations or leadership roles ✨ Performance-based incentives tied to outcomes—not just activity Why Join Us?
