As a Customer Service Representative, you should be well-spoken and assertive with superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities for the position include:

• Greeting customers with a genuine welcoming and celebratory attitude
• Having the appropriate forms completed by each customer
• Managing a multi-line phone system and solving inquires or successfully transferring to the appropriate department
• Return phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments for bridal or alterations
• Checking out customers purchases in a timely and proficient pace
• Assisting with sale events, trunk shows and other special events when applicable
• Providing administrative support to other departments when necessary Minimum qualifications for the position:
• Computer and multi-line phone experience
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
