Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and obtain necessary information for billing with details of repairs needed. Review warranty of vehicle, generate a repair order and prepare it for dispatching Utilize all necessary forms of communication to update customers on progress of the their repairs. Obtain authorizations for repairs. Assist in filing and office organization. Assist shop foreman and manager with department workflow Qualifications Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors. Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure. Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to listen and speak clearly on telephone
