Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License.Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.Communication Skills:

Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive light.Team Player:

Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, and coverage options to meet their individual needs.Inbound Communication:
Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information and timely assistance.Policy Updates:
Process policy changes and updates efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.Customer Advocacy:
Advocate for customers' interests and provide empathetic support to address any concerns or issues promptly.Documentation:
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and compliance purposes.
