The role develops or updates service information based on the end user needs , client/expectations and the current product information. You will research product information and utilize various computer systems for delivery of the final product to client. Skills Strong writing and editing skills. Excellent research abilities to support content development. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality output. Good customer service skills for engaging with clients and responding to feedback. Mechanical knowledge related to auto body repair or vehicle maintenance is a plus. Strong computer skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong Microsoft Word,Excel,Outlook skills Exceptional attention to detail Knowledge of automobiles a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills
