Overview Join Conexus Insurance Partners as a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Commercial Insurance Account Manager in a hybrid remote work environment. This role is ideal for a client-focused insurance professional who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and serving as a trusted advisor to commercial clients. As a key member of our team, you will manage new and renewal business while providing comprehensive account support, including endorsements, claims intake, certificates of insurance, payment processing, and maintaining accurate client records within our Agency Management System (Applied Epic). Key Responsibilities Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Manage new and renewal commercial insurance accounts Prepare and process quotes, applications, and policy renewals Review renewals 60 days prior to expiration and complete renewals at least 30 days before expiration Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and notices of cancellation Report and document claims Issue proof of insurance and respond to client requests Collect and process payments Maintain accurate documentation and account activity in Applied Epic Educate clients on coverage options, exclusions, and recommendations What We're Looking For Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish & English Detail-oriented and highly organized Positive, professional attitude Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow
Qualifications Required :
Bilingual:
Spanish-English Colorado Property & Casualty License 2+ years of commercial insurance experience High School Diploma or GED Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Preferred :
