This is a combined sales and customer service opportunity offering an established book of business, agency-provided leads, uncapped commissions, and the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week after completing initial in-office training. •and Spanish-speaking customers with their insurance needs Provide excellent customer service, policy assistance, and coverage reviews Identify cross-selling opportunities within our established customer base Quote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products Follow up with agency-provided leads and existing customers Build strong relationships and help customers protect what matters most Meet established customer service and sales goals Required Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English — speaking, reading, and writing Active Property & Casualty insurance license Previous P&C insurance sales and/or customer service experience Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Comfortable identifying sales opportunities and earning commissions Ability to work in our Severna Park, MD office during initial training and on scheduled in-office days thereafter Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
