Customer Service Representative:
- $16.50/hr + $0.50 language differential
- with opportunity to increase pay to $18.15/hr within 60 - 90 days. No experience required. Entry-level candidates welcome - we provide full-time paid training!
Hybrid Work Schedule:
- + •First 60 Days•: You'll work exclusively from our El Paso location.
- After 60 Days
- : The position becomes hybrid, requiring you to report to the El Paso location 3-4 days a week and work remotely 1-2 days a week. + Please note, the ability to work on a hybrid schedule may change based on business needs and performance. You must be able to report to the El Paso location as required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- + You will be the voice of the company to our customers, focused on preventing future problems and promoting our services + Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans + Accurately respond to customers' questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation through one-call resolution + Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance and efficiency + Transform into the best customer support advocate in the business, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues •Skills, Experience and Requirements•

Requirements:
- Must be able to speak fluently with customers in Spanish and English, High school diploma or GED; ability to work full-time on-site; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays; smartphone or device with active network connection; pre-employment screen +
