Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and troubleshooting to deliver top-tier customer support. Promote products and services through effective sales techniques, identifying opportunities to meet client needs. Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools. Support client services by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to call center protocols and quality standards. Utilize analysis skills to identify trends or recurring issues and escalate as necessary for resolution. Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English and additional languages preferred; excellent communication skills required. Prior call center experience or customer support background is highly desirable. Strong data entry, typing, and computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability in sales, outbound calling, and client engagement strategies. Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when applicable. Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
