Housing support focused on locating resources, reducing barriers, and promoting long-term housing stability. Client advocacy and protection of client rights related to housing accessibility and stability in Dane County. Skill development in communication, problem-solving, organization, self-advocacy, and daily living tasks. Community resource navigation, referrals, and coordination with service providers and support systems

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.86 per hour
