In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, affiliates, and drivers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery from booking to completion. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and affiliate partners through regular communication, ensuring their expectations for reliable, on-time ground transportation are understood and exceeded. Manage client accounts using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or Moovs) to track interactions, preferences, service history, and upcoming transfers. Coordinate driver dispatching, scheduling, and logistics with our in-house fleet and affiliate network to deliver exceptional door-to-door service for airport transfers, executive travel, and special events. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services (additional vehicles, recurring corporate contracts, affiliate collaborations) by analyzing client needs and market trends in the ground transportation sector. Provide timely responses to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently (including real-time dispatching adjustments), while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and affiliate partners to develop strategies that enhance client engagement, retention, and service excellence. Prepare detailed reports on client activity, satisfaction levels, dispatch performance, and project progress to inform strategic decision-making. Skills Strong project and dispatch management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment. Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management (CRM), and delivering customer service excellence in ground transportation, logistics, or hospitality. Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Moovs for tracking client interactions, driver assignments, and data analysis. Knowledge of the ground transportation, private aviation, or luxury service industries is highly preferred to better understand client needs. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate ideas, coordinate with drivers/affiliates, and foster trustful relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic planning, route optimization, and problem-solving. Solid understanding of sales techniques and client retention strategies to support business growth initiatives.
