LOCATION
team. You will ensure the satisfaction and success of clients by managing their accounts, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional service. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and improvement. #Hybrid - 2 days on site in Sartell, MN (Tuesday and Wednesday) Remote - 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead representative for the day to day client business activities; building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Oversee the preparation, initiation and execution of client projects and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon scope, budget and quality standards. Overall accountability to the invoicing, application of contract pricing, auditing and validation. Regularly meet with clients to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for further engagement. Develop and actively participate in business reviews; using account performance metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, highlight key achievement and client satisfaction. Prepare internal Annual Account Reviews and provide input on yearly budgeting. Order management; including communication of system failures, alert process and follow-up. Inventory management; including evaluation of print management and methodology.
Item administration:
ensure the accuracy of the item set-up which includes cost verses sell, routings, mapping and templating. Review financial statements monthly; audit for accuracy, identify problem areas and resolve financial discrepancies. Service Recovery/Non-conformance initiation, participation and communication. Coordinate engagement of print estimates, mailings and special projects. Effectively manage client expectations and diffuse complex client situations.
About You:
2+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services Previous experience in the HealthCare industry preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn new technologies quickly We understand that your skills deserve recognition.
