Job Overview Are you a detail-oriented, client-focused professional looking to support a growing financial advisory practice? An elite Financial Advisor affiliated with Foster Klima is seeking a Client Service Associate to lead the day to day operational tasks for their personal practice, with a specialization in investment operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with a comprehensive financial solutions expert to deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring smooth communication and operations. This position requires financial service industry experience, and responsible client service operations. This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact on clients while having the ability to grow and evolve with the business over time and grow your career within Finance. Our office is located in Minnetonka. This role offers hybrid work, with 3 days in the office after onboarding is complete. We are only considering candidates with Securities Licensing (Series 7, 63/66) obtained. Duties Manage client correspondence, calendar, and handle operational financial planning practice Open and maintenance investment accounts, insurance plans, and financial planning agreements Prepare documents using financial planning software Foresee the escalation of operational issues for the Advisor and work with appropriate parties to achieve resolution Manage daily and weekly tasks related to investment operations for the Advisor Courteous professionalism with high level client service and attention to detail Strict adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and confidentiality standards are essential components of this role Experience Must be licensed prior to start date (Series 7, Series 63, and/or Series 66) Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license prior to start date 3-8 years of experience supporting a financial advisor or wealth management practice in the financial services industry is preferred.
