This growing wealth management firm is looking for a Client Service Associate to join its Bethesda team. You'll gain hands-on exposure to client service, investment account operations, custodial processes, cashiering and money movement while developing skills that can open multiple career paths within the industry.   • 15•20% bonus, paid quarterly based on individual and company performance Hybrid flexibility•4 days onsite with 1 remote day Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), PTO and company holidays Key Responsibilities Prepare and process new investment account applications Support cashiering and client money movement, including wires, journals and distributions Handle ongoing investment account maintenance Assist with bank links, beneficiary changes and POA updates Support retirement account activity, including RMDs Respond to client requests by phone and email Follow up on outstanding documentation and account needs Work with custodians and internal Client Service team members Maintain accurate client and account records Assist with reports and other client meeting materials Provide light office support, including mail, printing and occasional visitors Build toward increased client interaction as you learn the firm's systems, processes and client base Qualifications Strong client-service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Basic knowledge of financial services and investment/retirement accounts General understanding of concepts such as IRAs, Roth IRAs, 401(k)s, taxable accounts, trusts and money movement Strong organization and follow-through Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Resourceful problem solver who is willing to research, learn and figure things out Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable learning new technology and financial systems Comfortable working primarily onsite in Bethesda Preferred•
Not Required:

Previous experience in wealth management, an RIA, investment management or financial services Bachelor's degree Direct wealth management/RIA experience is not required. Candidates with strong financial aptitude, client-service skills, work ethic and the ability to learn are encouraged to apply.
