Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Support Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs Deliver a high-touch, responsive client experience Build trust with clients through professionalism and follow-through Account Management & Operations Process account opening, maintenance, and service requests Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve client needs Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all client transactions Meeting Preparation & Execution Prepare client meeting materials and documentation Manage follow-ups and ensure completion of action items Support advisors with both pre- and post-meeting workflows Systems & Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems Assist with financial planning documentation and processes as needed Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services client service or operations Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and client lifecycle Experience working within CRM systems (Salesforce/Ameriprise preferred) Preferred Qualifications FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66 strongly preferred or willingness to obtain) Experience within a financial advisory or wealth management practice Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuide) Professional Strengths Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-directed, and solutions-oriented Team-oriented with a desire to grow within the firm

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$63,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience) - exempt With bonus potential
