In practice for over 30 years, we are looking for an independent and highly motivated Client Services Associate dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing world-class service. Description The Client Services Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm. With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Client Services Associate helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Responsibilities & Activities
  • Provide critical support to advisor functions in servicing client needs.
  • Maintain client information in our records database.
  • Prepare paperwork to open and/or maintain client accounts to the specifications requested by the Advisor.
  • Draft, review, or edit client correspondence for Advisors
  • Become subject matter expert in operational policies and procedures
  • Conduct phone calls with custodians to research potential issues within client accounts
  • Assist in developing processes and procedures that enhance accuracy and streamlines processes
  • Support our client relationships with operational and technology-related tasks.
  • Assist in setting and continually meeting project expectations with team members and management
  • Handles all compliance for the office
  • Maintains office technology and systems
  • Provide cashiering functions
  • Processing, submitting and following up on documents (opening accounts, updating beneficiaries, contributions and redemptions and account transfers) on behalf of advisors and clients.
  • Diligently update CRM systems
  • Ensure that all interactions are conducted in strict accordance with compliance requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requires:
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • A strong focus on getting the details right
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • An ability to handle multiple tasks within tight time frames
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Attendance is an essential function Helpful but not required:
  • Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment securities
  • Previous financial industry experience
  • Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (Salesforce, Redtail, eMoney, Moneyguide, etc.) preferred.
  • One to three years of professional career experience. The Position
  • Salary is commensurate with experience. Low end of the range will be more people with limited financial experience or work experience. High end of the range is for people with financial experience in an office setting.
  • We offer one day work from home a week and more needed on a case by case basis. Since we are in person with clients, more remote work is not available.
  • Work week is Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday's 8am to 4pm Benefits
