High School Diploma Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized service-oriented contractor to join our operations team. This role involves handling time-sensitive daily reports, managing sensitive client information, and providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and accuracy. Provide phone support for clients and financial advisors (approximately half the workday). Deliver a service-first experience in all client interactions. Collaborate effectively with team members in both virtual and in-person meetings. Participate actively in team discussions, training, and feedback sessions. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) at an advanced level. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Southfield, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
