Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships.

Source, Quote, Follow-Up and Close. Understand and master
TIG Tools:
NetSuite, ESP, and TIG-Commerce. Resolve or escalate customer issues in a timely manner. Deliver outstanding customer experience. Invoice chasing and escalation as needed. Lead, Coordinate, and Manage Assignments & Clients (if applicable) Develop a strong knowledge base about assigned customers. Monitor activity on assigned accounts. Maintain communications with the appropriate team to ensure great results. Escalate exceptions and client issues to Management as required. Relationship, Project and Product Management Lead, manage, and communicate project status and constraints (schedule / scope / resources). Collaborate with all team members and departments to provide accurate updates and ensure a great customer experience. Keep artwork organized and maintain a record of previous projects that is easily reviewed and complies with standard operating procedures. Join Us in Shaping the Future of Branded Merchandise!
