A strong focus of the advisory team is to deliver an exceptional client experience, and this is accomplished with dedicated professionals working together to serve the client.
The Role:
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be focused on numerous steps of the client review process including:
Preparing updates and sharing those with the advisor in advance of a client review meeting
Attending the client review meetings and updating the clients' electronic files in real time during the review meeting
Coordinating follow up service and support items identified in the meeting As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be involved with interacting with the internal compliance as well as the broker dealer to:
Seek answers to questions which arise in support of a client
Seek clarity on a question which arises
Help solve client inquiries
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in client services and/or administrative support-preferably in the financial services industry
Excellent communication skills
Organization-Attention to detail is important.
Education:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation starting at $40,000-$55,000 (Negotiable)
