A strong focus of the advisory team is to deliver an exceptional client experience, and this is accomplished with dedicated professionals working together to serve the client.
The Role:
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be focused on numerous steps of the client review process including:
  • Preparing updates and sharing those with the advisor in advance of a client review meeting
  • Attending the client review meetings and updating the clients' electronic files in real time during the review meeting
  • Coordinating follow up service and support items identified in the meeting As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be involved with interacting with the internal compliance as well as the broker dealer to:
  • Seek answers to questions which arise in support of a client
  • Seek clarity on a question which arises
  • Help solve client inquiries
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    2+ years of experience in client services and/or administrative support-preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organization-Attention to detail is important.
  • Education:
    Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive compensation starting at $40,000-$55,000 (Negotiable)
