Job Description
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist for our Rewards & Recognition Program will assist in the strategic implementation and ongoing success of the employee rewards program. This includes assisting project management of new program launches and Customer Service support for our existing Clients. Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Customer Service support for existing Rewards and Recognition programs. This will include member data management, module configuration, training manuals, certifications, awards, serial cards, games, and leaderboards where applicable. Develop processes and oversee first level client support by successfully resolving inquiries and escalating issues as required. Provide day-to-day customer support by working with the sales team and clients to manage requests and generate reports. Provide feedback on how to streamline processes and standards to increase service levels Prepare client recommendations for program improvements Other duties as assigned by your manager

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
3-5 years of direct experience in Customer Service. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across departments Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications - Power Point, Word, Excel Strong Excel skills including knowledge of pivot tables and lookups Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or basic HTML This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work part-time and possibly remote once fully trained.
