Join our client as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in the Nashua area. In this hybrid role, you will provide exceptional customer service, process policy changes, and support the renewal and new business workflows for a dynamic insurance team. Responsibilities as the
Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative:
Customer Service:
Deliver outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Policy Administration:
Process policy change requests, manage endorsements, and issue new and renewal Certificates of Insurance and Automobile ID Cards.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate records within the agency management system and electronic files.
Document Creation:
Develop basic Excel spreadsheets and Word documents for internal and client use.
Billing Oversight:
Follow up on billing issues, cancellations, and other payment-related matters with insurance carriers.
Renewal Support:
Assist the team in the renewal and new business process, from account preparation through binding. Qualifications for the
Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative:
Licensure:
Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Broker experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with AMS360 or EPIC experience preferred.
Skills:
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and efficient, with strong leadership, multitasking, organizational, analytical, and communication abilities. #
