Detail-oriented and customer-focused Contact Center Associate who will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders and quotes within the S&S Worldwide ERP system while delivering excellent customer service. All work is to be conducted in person, at 75 Mill Street, Colchester, CT 06415. NO remote workKey Responsibilities:
Accurately and promptly process customer orders and quotes in the ERP system Maintain a high volume of work with minimal errors Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments Uphold consistent attendance and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environmentPerformance Metrics:
Volume and accuracy of processed work Error rate and attention to detail Customer satisfaction and communication quality Team collaboration and reliability EEOC - Know yourRights Qualifications:
