Responsibilities for a Call Center Agent include but are not limited to:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
Support customers with complex cases while delivering strong service and communication
Navigate multiple systems and complete accurate documentation
Maintain productivity and performance in a remote work environment
Participate in training and work a flexible schedule within the service window
Candidates for Call Center Agent must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Previous call center experience required; high-volume or complex case experience preferred
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, required
Excellent computer proficiency required
Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Arizona time service window
Must have a BYOD setup that meets technical requirements
Windows 10 or higher required
Core i5 or higher or AMD Ryzen processor required
Minimum 8GB RAM required
Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload required; 25/10 or higher preferred
Laptop with monitor or desktop with dual monitors required
USB headset preferred

$18.
