CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and payments. Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain an organized office environment to facilitate smooth operations. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in HVAC is preferred. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Experience with payment processing software. Ability to analyze customer issues effectively and provide timely resolutions. Proficient in using office software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
