Job Description

Customer Care Representative Bedford, VA 24523 Hybrid work From $17 an hour - Full-time From $17 an hour - Full-time Position Overview As our Remote CCR, you'll be the voice of our company, responsible for answering inbound calls, booking service appointments, and delivering a top-tier customer experience from the very first interaction. This is NOT just an answering service role—your goal is to build trust, guide the customer, and convert calls into booked jobs. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
  • Schedule service calls and maximize booking opportunities
  • Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs
  • Clearly communicate services, pricing expectations, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate notes and customer information in CRM
  • Follow call scripts while still sounding natural and conversational
  • Handle objections and guide customers toward booking
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience every time What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (clear, confident, friendly)
  • Prior CSR/CCR, call center, or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy (CRM systems, scheduling tools, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset Not a
