Our focus is on professionalism, reliability, and creating positive experiences for customers in retail environments. Position Overview The Customer Experience Associate works inside approved retail locations to assist customers with product and service questions, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive in-store experience. This is an on-site, customer-facing position. Remote work is not available. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Answer questions about available products and services Provide clear and accurate information Maintain organized work areas and displays Follow company policies and procedures Work with supervisors to meet daily service goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Professional appearance and positive attitude No prior experience required. Schedule Full-time:
