Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a closely related role. strong attention to detail, reliability, and comfort following established technical workflows. Demonstrated ability to communicate empathy and resolve customer concerns professionally. Nice-to-Haves Specialized training or prior coursework in customer relations.
