Key Responsibilities Reach out to existing customers via phone to promote product reorders and reinforce brand loyalty Maintain a professional, courteous phone presence to ensure customers have a smooth, positive experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce Complete daily tasks using Microsoft O365 Requirements Proven phone experience in sales, customer support, or client services Proficiency in Salesforce Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Strong communication, follow‑up, and customer relationship skills Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently Compensation Hourly Pay + Commission Remote, with ability to attend periodic on‑site meetings in Framingham Schedule 10 - 15 hours per week, depending on business needs Daytime business hours About Global Technology Systems, Inc.
