Customer Service Call Center Agent, 9:30 am to 6pm

Are you great with details, enjoy helping others and interested in being a product expert for luxury eyewear? If you have previous retail experience but no longer want to work weekends, this job is for you! Silhouette is the largest independent manufacturer of luxury eyewear made in Austria. Our frames and lenses are sold in premium Optical shops all over the US. We are hiring Customer Service call center agents to answer incoming calls in our call center . The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 10am to 6:30 PM . This is a non-exempt, hourly position. $18.00/hour. This is a 40 hour work week in the office.

• Hybrid work from home schedule is available after 6 months. All inbound calls, no sales or quotas.
• The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Agents must have a friendly demeanor, and provide outstanding, responsive, accurate customer service.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning new computer systems and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
