We have an immediate need to fill a full time customer service position. This position deals with customers on a daily basis to help meet their printing, copying, and sign needs. This position is primarily customer service focused (>80%) and may entail graphic design (<20%) of a large variety of items including business cards, postcards, forms, promotional items, large format, and many more. The work schedule is 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday. This is a local position, remote work is not available, must be able to reliably commute daily. A 2-4 year degree in a graphic design related field is preferred. Work experience in customer service, print production, and graphic design is also a plus. Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred. Additionally, experience using Microsoft Office (to handle customer files) is also required.
