Job Description

Job Summary Green New Energy Materials (GNEM) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to support our growing team. This position will assist customers, coordinate orders and requests, maintain accurate records, and work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service. Duties Provide professional customer support by phone and email. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and documentation. Assist with order processing, tracking, and customer follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests and resolve issues. Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and related documentation. Perform data entry using Microsoft Office and company systems. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and gather feedback. Support sales activities through customer communication and follow-up. Maintain professional phone and email etiquette. Identify customer concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions. Assist with quotations, purchase orders, shipping information, and other customer documentation as needed. Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer service, administrative, sales support, or call center experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional telephone and email etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Accurate data entry and computer skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Professional, dependable, proactive, and customer-focused attitude. Experience with CRM, ERP, or order-management systems is a plus. Experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment is a plus.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
